After the applicable holding, merchant billing, and payout processes, eligible commissions proceed through Shopify Collabs automatic payouts.
Open Access eligibility
Shopify currently limits Open Access creator eligibility to qualifying Collabs creators located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Eligible creators can discover participating products and automatically generate affiliate product links without waiting for individual merchant approval.
Creator location and customer market are different
A creator may currently qualify for Shopify Collabs Open Access from the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. MasterWEB Market's current customer sales territory, however, is the United States. Promotions should therefore primarily target eligible U.S. customers.
Commission and attribution
MasterWEB Market currently offers a standard 5% affiliate commission on qualifying product sales included in its active Shopify Collabs Open Access offer.
The standard MasterWEB Market affiliate commission is 5% through January 31, 2027. Effective February 1, 2027, the standard commission will be 3% on qualifying sales, subject to the active terms and settings displayed in Shopify Collabs.
The affiliate link attribution window is currently configured for 14 days.
Affiliate attribution is handled through Shopify Collabs. Creators should always use the official affiliate links and tracking methods associated with their Collabs account.
14-day attribution window
When a customer interacts with an eligible creator affiliate link, qualifying purchases may be attributed to that creator during MasterWEB Market's configured 14-day attribution period.
Payment holding period
MasterWEB Market uses a 30-day holding period
Eligible creator commissions remain pending for 30 days before proceeding through the Shopify Collabs payment workflow. This period provides time for refunds, cancellations, disputes, and other qualifying-order issues to be resolved.
Cancellations and full refunds
If MasterWEB Market cancels or fully refunds an order during the applicable commission holding period, Shopify Collabs automatically cancels the affiliate commission associated with that order.
A pending commission should therefore not be considered final until the applicable holding period and payment processing have been completed.
How affiliate payments work
Shopify Collabs manages the payment workflow between MasterWEB Market and eligible creators.
Sale is attributed
Shopify Collabs identifies an eligible sale attributed to the creator.
Commission is recorded
The applicable affiliate commission appears as pending in the Collabs payment workflow.
30-day holding period
The commission remains pending during MasterWEB Market's configured holding period.
Merchant billing
After the holding period, eligible commission is added to MasterWEB Market's Shopify billing process.
Creator payout balance
After the commission is paid by the merchant, it becomes available in the creator's Next payout balance.
Automatic payout
Shopify currently schedules automatic creator payouts twice per month when the creator's Next payout balance reaches at least US$25.
Creator payout setup
Creators are responsible for configuring their payout information within Shopify Collabs.
Automatic payouts are processed in U.S. dollars. If a creator selects another payout currency, currency conversion fees may apply.
Available payout methods depend on the creator's payout account, location, and the options available through Shopify Collabs.
Creator responsibilities
Affiliates must represent MasterWEB Market and its products accurately, responsibly, and transparently.

- Use official Shopify Collabs affiliate tracking methods
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship whenever required
- Comply with the rules of social, advertising, and content platforms used
- Comply with Shopify Collabs requirements and applicable laws
- Protect the security of your Shopify Collabs account credentials
Prohibited practices
- False or misleading product claims
- Fraudulent or artificial transactions
- Manipulation of affiliate attribution or tracking
- Fake reviews or fabricated product experiences
- False pricing, discounts, warranties, or delivery claims
- Spam, phishing, deceptive redirects, or abusive promotional practices
- Impersonating MasterWEB Market or Shopify
- Creating unauthorized MasterWEB Market support channels
- Presenting yourself as a MasterWEB Market employee or official agent without authorization
- Inventing product certifications, specifications, benefits, or performance claims
Shopify Collabs Community Guidelines
Creators using Shopify Collabs must comply with the current Shopify Collabs Community Guidelines.
Shopify requires creators to produce authentic original content, engage with audiences they have developed, and avoid false, misleading, deceptive, abusive, or technically harmful activity.
High-risk creator controls
Shopify can flag Open Access creators who violate Collabs Community Guidelines as high risk. Shopify states that their commission can automatically be reduced to 0% and pending payouts can be canceled. MasterWEB Market can also pause its connection with a creator, which can invalidate affiliate links and discount codes associated with that relationship.
Product representation
Affiliates must use information consistent with the official MasterWEB Market product page.
Affiliates must not invent specifications, certifications, warranties, product benefits, performance claims, delivery promises, health claims, or other characteristics that are not officially published by MasterWEB Market.
Brand identity and independent relationship
Participation in the MasterWEB Market Affiliate Program does not make a creator an employee, customer-service representative, legal agent, or official spokesperson of MasterWEB Market.
MasterWEB Market branding, logos, product images, and approved promotional materials may only be used for legitimate promotion of eligible MasterWEB Market products.
Affiliates must not create websites, domains, social-media accounts, advertisements, or support channels that falsely appear to be official MasterWEB Market properties.
United States customer market
Current sales territory
MasterWEB Market currently focuses its retail operation on customers in the United States. Affiliates must not advertise unsupported international shipping or delivery services unless MasterWEB Market officially expands its supported markets.
Orders, fulfillment, and customer support
The affiliate's role is to promote eligible MasterWEB Market products and generate qualifying referrals.
MasterWEB Market handles customer-order processing, fulfillment, customer communication, and applicable after-sales support.
