Welcome to MasterWEB Market.

MasterWEB Market is operated by Patrick Sueley Carvalho Oliveira, an individual business operator based in Brazil, using Shopify as the e-commerce platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, checkout, customer-account functions, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), as well as purchases made through MasterWEB Market.

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or place an order.

Before completing a purchase, please also review:

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian to the extent permitted by law.

Seller Information

The store is directed to customers in the United States, but the seller is not represented as a United States corporation, limited liability company, or U.S.-based business establishment unless that status is separately and accurately established in the future.

Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information, materials, colors, and other product information accurately.

Product photographs are illustrative. Color, brightness, scale, texture, and appearance may vary depending on lighting, manufacturing tolerances, device displays, or product revisions.

Technical descriptions may be based in part on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, or fulfillment partners. We may correct, clarify, or update product information when we identify an error or receive updated supplier information.

Nothing in this section limits any legally enforceable express warranty or consumer right created by a specific product representation under applicable law.

Product Availability

Product availability and inventory information may depend on data supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners and may change without notice.

Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

If, after an order is placed, an item becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your authorization.

Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices for the United States market are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the store clearly indicates otherwise.

Before checkout is completed, the customer can review the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the order total.

Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout when MasterWEB Market is required to do so under applicable law and when the relevant tax rules and registrations are configured for the transaction.

We reserve the right to change prices prospectively. A price change does not alter the price of an order already validly accepted, except where an obvious pricing error is addressed as described in these Terms and applicable law permits correction.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products on the terms shown at checkout.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing:

• quantity;
• price;
• shipping address;
• billing information;
• telephone number and email address;
• shipping method;
• payment method;
• the final order total.

An automated order confirmation generally confirms that we received your order. It does not prevent us from reviewing the order for payment authorization, fraud, stock availability, address validity, shipping restrictions, or obvious errors.

We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

• product unavailability;
• an obvious material pricing or listing error;
• an undeliverable or invalid address;
• payment failure or inability to authorize payment;
• reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, resale abuse, or unlawful activity;
• a product safety, recall, or legal-compliance issue;
• a legal restriction preventing us from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund for the canceled portion without unreasonable delay.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including Stripe when applicable.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and that the billing information you provide is accurate.

Payment providers may perform fraud screening, authentication, risk review, or other security checks. A transaction may be declined, delayed, or canceled when required by the payment provider or applicable law.

Chargebacks and payment disputes should be used in good faith. If you have an order problem, you are encouraged to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it promptly; however, nothing in these Terms limits any lawful dispute right available through your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

Fulfillment Partners

MasterWEB Market uses an e-commerce model in which certain products may be prepared, packed, and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners, including CJdropshipping.

A product may therefore be shipped from a warehouse operated by a supplier or logistics provider rather than from the seller’s Brazilian address.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, charges, and available estimates are shown on the product page, in the store, or during checkout as applicable.

For eligible United States orders, MasterWEB Market may offer Free Standard Shipping. Any conditions or exclusions applicable to a shipping offer will be disclosed before the order is completed.

Where we make a representation about when an order will ship, we intend to maintain a reasonable basis for that representation.

If no shipping time is clearly stated for merchandise covered by the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we will handle the order consistently with the applicable federal requirements, including the rule’s default shipment framework.

Carrier transit or delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, address problems, security events, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances outside our direct control. These events do not eliminate rights you may have under applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you identify an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Customs and Import Charges

Our commercial strategy is to serve customers in the United States, and some products may be fulfilled from U.S. warehouses while other products may, if clearly disclosed and operationally permitted, originate outside the United States.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import documentation, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges.

Where a charge is known and collected at checkout, it will be identified as part of the transaction. Where an import-related charge is not collected by us and may legally be imposed directly on the recipient, we will disclose that possibility when known and reasonably foreseeable.

MasterWEB Market will not describe a shipment as “duty free,” “tax free,” or similar unless that statement is accurate for the transaction.

30-Day Return Policy

This return period is a commercial policy offered by MasterWEB Market. It is not presented as a universal federal right to cancel every online purchase.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits a non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable federal or state law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For an eligible return based solely on a change of mind, preference, or another reason not caused by a product defect or an error by MasterWEB Market, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Do not return a product to the address printed on the original package, a supplier, a warehouse, or another third party unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

You must request return instructions before shipping an item back so that the return is directed to the correct location and can be properly identified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Contact us promptly if an item is:

• damaged in transit;
• defective;
• materially different from the product ordered or described;
• the wrong item;
• missing material parts or accessories;
• affected by another fulfillment error.

We may request photographs, video, packaging information, serial numbers, shipping labels, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

Depending on the facts and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or another legally required remedy.

A customer will not be required to bear an unreasonable cost caused by a verified fulfillment error or qualifying product defect where applicable law places that responsibility on the seller.

Warranties and Consumer Rights

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s written warranty. If a written warranty is offered for a consumer product, the warranty terms should be made available as required by applicable law and will be governed by the terms of that warranty and applicable warranty law.

MasterWEB Market does not create an additional written product warranty merely by publishing these Terms or the Return & Refund Policy.

Where a manufacturer or other warrantor provides a written warranty, we may provide or link to the relevant warranty information when it is available and required to be presented before sale.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or restrict an implied warranty, express warranty, product-liability right, or statutory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or restricted.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before an order reaches a stage of processing or fulfillment that makes cancellation technically or operationally impossible.

Send cancellation requests as soon as possible to:

We will make a reasonable effort to stop fulfillment when cancellation remains possible.

If the order has already shipped and cannot be canceled, the Return & Refund Policy may apply after delivery.

This section does not limit cancellation rights that may arise from an unfulfilled shipping promise, a qualifying shipping delay, payment law, or other applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are administered according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed to where legally permitted.

After a refund is issued by MasterWEB Market or the payment processor, the time required for the credit to appear may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If we cancel merchandise because it cannot be shipped as required and a refund is due, we will process the refund without requiring the customer to submit a separate return request for merchandise that was never shipped.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, bundles, and similar offers may have specific eligibility criteria, start and end dates, quantity limits, or other conditions disclosed with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

We may reject or cancel fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, automated, or unauthorized use of a promotion, subject to applicable law.

A discounted or promotional price does not eliminate any non-waivable right relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

Permitted Use of the Site

The Services may be used only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• use the store for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• attempt to defeat, bypass, probe, or compromise security controls;
• introduce malware, malicious code, bots, or harmful automated traffic;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or administrative functions;
• interfere with the availability or operation of the Services;
• scrape, copy, or extract protected content in violation of applicable law or our rights;
• impersonate another person or submit knowingly false information;
• use another person’s payment method without authorization;
• violate third-party intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We may take reasonable measures to protect customers, systems, payment infrastructure, and the store, including restricting access or canceling abusive transactions where legally permitted.

Intellectual Property

Original content owned by MasterWEB Market, including original text, branding, logos, graphics, layout elements, and other proprietary materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Content owned by Shopify, manufacturers, suppliers, licensors, or other third parties remains the property of its respective owner.

No license to commercially reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, resell, or create derivative works from protected content is granted except where expressly authorized in writing or permitted by law.

Nothing in this section restricts lawful fair use, nominative use, consumer review rights, or another use that cannot legally be prohibited.

Third-Party Services

The store may depend on third-party services, including:

• Shopify;
• payment processors;
• fraud-prevention and security providers;
• CJdropshipping and other suppliers;
• fulfillment providers;
• shipping carriers;
• analytics, communications, and technical-service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices for services they provide directly.

We are not responsible for the independent conduct of an unrelated third party where the law does not place that responsibility on MasterWEB Market. However, using third parties does not eliminate obligations MasterWEB Market itself owes to customers under applicable law.

Shopify

MasterWEB Market uses Shopify as the technology platform for the online store.

The retail transaction for products offered by MasterWEB Market is between the customer and Patrick Sueley Carvalho Oliveira, operating as MasterWEB Market, except where a checkout or product page expressly identifies another seller.

Personal information may be processed by MasterWEB Market, Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, shipping providers, fraud-prevention services, and other service providers as necessary to operate the store and provide the Services.

Where applicable, customers may have privacy rights under U.S. state law, including rights relating to access, deletion, correction, sale/sharing opt-outs, or targeted advertising as described in the Privacy Policy.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Corrections

Despite reasonable efforts, the Services may occasionally contain typographical mistakes, outdated information, technical errors, or obvious inaccuracies relating to:

• price;
• inventory;
• product descriptions;
• specifications;
• shipping estimates;
• promotions;
• other product or order information.

We may correct information prospectively when an error is identified.

If a material error affects an order already submitted, we will not simply substitute materially different terms without notice. We may contact the customer, offer a correction where appropriate, allow cancellation when required, or cancel and refund the affected portion when the transaction cannot lawfully or reasonably be completed as displayed.

Product Safety and Recalls

MasterWEB Market intends to offer products that may lawfully be sold to consumers in the markets we serve.

We do not knowingly offer for sale a consumer product that is subject to a recall or legal prohibition that makes the sale unlawful.

We may review public safety notices, supplier information, marketplace notices, or government recall information and may suspend, remove, or cancel a product listing when a safety or compliance concern is identified.

Customers who believe a product presents a safety hazard should stop using the product when appropriate, contact us, review applicable manufacturer instructions, and may also report a consumer-product safety concern to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission through its official reporting channels.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

In particular, these Terms are not intended to waive or limit liability or legal rights arising from:

• fraud or intentional misconduct;
• gross negligence where liability cannot be waived;
• personal injury or property damage where applicable law prohibits limitation;
• defective or unsafe products where product-liability law applies;
• rights under an applicable written or implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed;
• privacy or data-security obligations that cannot lawfully be waived;
• other non-waivable federal or state consumer protections.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MasterWEB Market is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages that were not reasonably foreseeable and that arise solely from events beyond our reasonable control, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any monetary limitation that may lawfully apply to a claim arising solely from a particular retail transaction will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order giving rise to that claim, except where applicable law requires a greater remedy or does not permit that limitation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect:

• changes in applicable law;
• changes in Shopify or other technology providers;
• new payment, fulfillment, or logistics providers;
• security or operational changes;
• changes to store features;
• commercial or administrative changes.

The current version will be posted on the website with an updated “Last updated” date.

A revised version will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued from an order placed before the revision where applicable law prohibits doing so.

Applicable Law and Consumer Protections

MasterWEB Market is operated from Brazil and sells to customers in the United States. Cross-border transactions may therefore involve more than one body of law.

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with laws applicable to the particular transaction, including mandatory United States federal and state consumer protections where those laws apply.

To the extent a matter is not governed by a mandatory law applicable to the customer or transaction, the legal relationship with the seller may also be subject to laws applicable to the seller in Brazil.

Because jurisdiction and choice-of-law rules can vary by state and by type of claim, these Terms do not create an exclusive forum clause, mandatory arbitration clause, or class-action waiver.

Nothing in this section requires a customer to waive a legally available remedy, government complaint process, payment dispute right, small-claims remedy, court action, or other right available under applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties retain the rights and remedies available under the laws and procedures applicable to that dispute.
